Fastcase Training - August 28- Afternoon Session

When: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM on August 28th at the Social Law Library, Boston, MA.

In the Fastcase Training, the user will learn basic content and functionality. This session will include scope of coverage and a brief discussion of types of research undertaken in a legal context. This training is for Social Law Library members only and assumes no prior experience with Fastcase.

Once the scope of coverage is examined, the demo will take the user through basic operations: running a search, sorting results, saving and printing cases, looking at the timeline and backing up research with Forecite and the Bad Law Bot. The demo will conclude with a preview of the new Fastcase 7 interface.

Registrants for this program acknowledge that during the program their photographic or videographic images may be incidentally taken; registrants agree that the submission of their registrations for this program constitutes their written consent to the Social Law Library’s use of any such image in print and online materials solely for promotion of the Library’s noncommercial CLE seminars and other educational events and activities.
