An Appeals Court justice, three District Court judges and the author of the Flaschner Judicial Institute’s Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Stops Benchbook will discuss a wide variety of both common and complex legal, procedural and evidentiary issues that arise in motor vehicle cases.

The program will provide insight into the nuts, bolts and nuances of select legal issues, as well as offer invaluable practice tips from the perspective of judges who adjudicate the full array of courtroom issues that arise in cases involving motor vehicle stops.

Participants will also receive a copy of the Flaschner Judicial Institute’s Motor Vehicle Stops Benchbook. Given to every judge in Massachusetts, this detailed guide addresses the full array of issues that arise in court. It retails for $50.
