The judges on the panel drafted—and will present for general discussion—a series of case studies that raise a variety of practical and problematic evidentiary issues they are seeing in the cases they are hearing—and you are trying—every day.

This CLE will not be a series of dry lectures on the “Black Letter” rules of evidence. Rather, it will be an interactive discussion of how judges rule on evidentiary issues in family-law cases that are rarely black and white.

Online registration is encouraged. For assistance, questions on group discounts, special billing, program content, out-of-state CLE credits, and general CLE information contact Michael Saporito at msaporito@socialaw.com or 617-226-1343. Space is limited. Registrations accepted in order of receipt. Same day registrations are $5.00 extra. Registration fees are non-refundable.
