involving:

Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court decisions regarding status of sick time under the Wage Act; pre-judgment interest and treble damages in Wage Act cases; Massachusetts Marijuana Act and M.G.L.c 151B; Massachusetts Appeals Court ruling on weight to be given to Opinion Letters issued by Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards

First Circuit Court of Appeals cases involving:

  • Jury Instructions on "reasonable accommodations" in ADA cases
  • Front pay determinations and required evidence in gender discrimination cases
  • Section 1981 cases - no damages against state defendants
  • Denial of enforcement of NLRB decision - substantial evidence standard
