You will also hear from experienced practitioners, both prosecutors and defense attorneys, about the legal, tactical and ethical issues that can arise when handling these often complex cases—from 58A hearings through to sentencing considerations, including such trial issues as voir dire questions, Fifth Amendment issues, admissibility of social media evidence and forfeiture by wrongdoing.

• SELECTION
• EXCITED UTTERANCES (BRIEF OVERVIEW)
• ADMISSIBILITY OF ELECTRONIC AND SOCIAL MEDIA EVIDENCE
• COMMON EVIDENTIARY ISSUES IN RESTRAINING ORDER VIOLATION TRIALS
