Notes:
*Non-Dispositive Motions in cases commenced before July 6, 2004 may be marked for hearing before any judge, but only Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.

Non-Dispositive Motions in cases commenced on or after July 6, 2004 may be marked for hearing before the judge to whom the case is assigned whenever that judge is shown as sitting, including Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m.

Confirm courtroom assignment upon arrival at court on day of hearing.

Parties and counsel are strongly encouraged to confirm dates and times with other parties before marking non-dispositive motions for hearings.

Only non-dispositive motions may be marked for hearing by a party. Dispositive motions under Mass. R. Civ. P. 12 (b) (1), 12 (b) (6), 12 (c) and 56 will be scheduled by the court in all cases, regardless of when commenced.

Motions in all Tax Lien cases, regardless of when commenced, may be marked for hearing any Thursday at 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.
