Report Suggests Responses to Rising Sea Levels

Bostonians have always treasured their harbor for commerce and recreation but in recent years city leaders and residents have worried about the effects rising sea levels will have on waterfront property. Late last year the city issued a report with recommendations for the neighborhoods most at risk, Charlestown and  East Boston.
